Our Design Process

1. Discovery

During this phase first will learn what your needs and goals are that you wish to achieve. The begin to design a blueprint based on the information.

2. Create Site Blueprint

In this phase we’ll design a sitemap/blueprint of the initial layout of your website and send to for your approval.

3. Design Prototype

After you’ve approved the sitemap, the next phase will be to create a prototype of your site based of what we discussed during the last phase.

4. Develop Website

After you’ve approved the design, the next phase will be to build your custom design or redesign, exactly how you envisioned it.

5. Testing & Launch

After you’ve approved the final design, the next phase will be to transfer your website off our testing site and onto live site. Ensuring is working perfectly across all browsers and devices.

How much does your website service cost?

Our One Week Design program is $5,500 which includes 30 days of our full service hosting and 30 days Basic Website Care Plan.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment options can be broken up into monthly, starting from the date you book to when your site is launched. All payments are automated, and will be processed based on our payment arrangement. Your site will only be launched after final payment, unless you are on the monthly plan which requires hosting with us.

What website platforms do you work with?

Only Wordpress, we only work with the following themes: Elegant Themes’ Divi and Kadence WP. We do not work with others such as Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify.

When can we get started?

You must complete the prep work by our official start date. We’ll provided a prep guide and instructions on how to get this to use. Then we’ll choose a start date based on how much time you will need for all your prep work.

How long does it take from start to finish?

If you provide all needed material within the timeframe requested, we can complete your site within 1 weeks. We’ll provide you an easy way to provide everything needed in order to make the process super smooth. Once we receive everything we’ll get started.

Will I be able to track the progress of my site’s development?

Yes, of course. We not only give you a client dashboard that keeps you updated on what stages and tasks we’re working on, you will also be able to make live feedback and change requests on the development site. You will also receive daily or weekly updates, based on your preference.

I hate writing! Do you offer copywriting services?

Yes, we offer copywriting services. This is an add-on charge of $500 that you can select during checkout. If you decided to hire a copywriter we will need the completed copy done by our website start date.

Can I edit my website after it launches?

Of course! However, we offer a free 90 day website care plan that includes content updates and maintenance. If you prefer not to continue with our plan, we'll provide you access to video tutorials showing you how to edit the site, create new pages and publish blog posts.

What other costs are involved?

A website hosting subscription self-hosted (unless you're hosting with us) for Wordpress, purchasing any needed paid stock photography, license for Divi theme or Kadence WP theme (if you decided to maintain the site yourself) We include the theme with our website care plan. We also offer premium plugins that will enhance your website, should you choose to use these add-on. We’ll provide you an itemized list of all costs so you can determine what's best for your business. 

Do provide refunds?

No, we do not. Once you've secured your spot on our schedule for your design we give all of our attention to you. We work with only you, providing complete VIP service. Also, no refund are considered during or after the project period.
