Started

How long does it take from start to finish?

If you provide all needed material within the timeframe requested, we can complete your site within 4 weeks or less. We’ll provide you an easy way to provide everything needed in order to make the process super smooth. Once we receive everything we’ll get started.

Will I be able to track the progress of my site’s development?

Yes, of course. We not only give you a client dashboard that keeps you updated on what stages and tasks we’re working on, you will also be able to make live corrections and change requests on the development site. You will also receive daily or weekly updates, based on your preference.

What file-format should I submit?

For images you want used on  your website we accept png, psd, and jpeg. 

If you’re provide the written content we accept Google Doc and Microsoft Word.

What website platforms do you work with?

Only WordPress, we only work with the following themes: Elegant Themes’ Divi and Kadence WP.

We do not work with others such as Wix, Squarespace or Shopify.

What other costs are involved?

A website hosting subscription self-hosted for WordPress, purchasing any needed paid stock photography, license for Divi theme or Kadence Theme (if you decided to maintain the site yourself).

If you host with us, we include the theme with our website care plan. We also offer premium plugins that will enhance your website, should you choose to use these add-on. We’ll provide you an itemized list of all costs so you can determine what’s best for your business.

I hate writing! Do you offer copywriting services?

Yes, we offer copywriting services. This is an add-on charge that you can select during checkout. If you decided to hire a copywriter we will need the completed copy done by our website start date.

Can I edit my website after it launches?

Of course! However, we offer a free 30 day website care plan that includes content updates and maintenance. If you prefer not to continue with our plan, we’ll provide you access to video tutorials showing you how to edit the site, create new pages and publish blog posts.

Does my website need to be on a care plan to get support from your team?

A care plan is the foundation of a healthy WordPress website. It should cover essential items like backups, security & performance checks, malware protection, plugin updates and much more. Your site needs to be stable before we do anything else!

When BRVS onboards your website into our care plan we also run it through full diagnosis including things like checking parent themes (such as Child Theme Usage) function php files are correctly used and whatever else might need attention before digging deeper into custom features of websites not under this plan

How do I track my open support requests?

We pride ourselves on our open communication with our clients. When you submit a support ticket you will receive an email confirmation of your request. You can respond to that email if you have any questions about your request. Finally you will receive an email when we have closed your request. We are always happy to answer any questions you have about your support request.

What is your response time?

Our support team will typically get back to you within 2 business hours on any support requests.

We will come to an agreement on an exact support policy that suits your needs, but typically we spend up to one hour trying to solve the issue before providing an estimate of time for how long it will take.

We resolve most issues within one hour that is why we do it that way.

For hosting-related issues or services covered by your care plan, we will resolve those items right away.

How much does your website service cost?

We offer a few different options depending on your budget and needs:

Template Customization begins at $2500
Semi-Custom Design begins at $4500
Custom Design begins at $6500

How much do I have to pay to get started?

How is my price determined?

Or custom website designs are based on the package your select. If you choose to sign up for our Care Plan, that services is charged monthly.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment options can be broken up weekly or monthly, starting from the date you book to when your site is launched. We also offer a $500 discount for paying in full. All payments are automated that will be processed based on our payment arrangement. Your site will only be launched after final payment.

How do I go about making payment?

We accept all major credit cards. All payment plans and care plan are process automatically each weekly, monthly, or quarterly, basis on which payment option you selected.
